Overall, communications with Leboat were good, with prompt replies.What drops the rating down to a 3 star is that we were not informed that the starting point for our cruise had been changed. The taxi drivers who came to pick us up knew about it but we'd not been called or emailed with the information. Quite unacceptable in this day and age!
We were very happy with the boat! Lots of room for 3 couples. We thought the cabins and bathrooms were particularly comfortable. The shower was fantastic with lots of elbow room and great shower head ... we were pleasantly surprised.Plenty of storage in the cabins.Nice big fridge. Not a lot of room for food storage (we mostly ate on the boat) but we were able to rearrange drawers and cupboards and so found enough space for everything.It was great to have the option of both indoor and outdoor eating areas.

Best boat ever...we enjoyed the boating experience with LeBoat from the beginning , with their representative in the US, the quality of our boat and the route we choose. We are looking forward to our next boating trip in France!

Due to the very poor weather in central France during June 2016, we were unable to use the Boat on the Lot River due to it being in full flood. They managed to find another boat for us on the Midi in Southern France. We had a very good holiday, and in the end, all went well.
Plenty of room, and very easy to handle.

The communication and information from Sydney was clear and timely. Dealing with quotes and payments was simple. Service was always friendly.
very good layout, accommodation was comfortable however it was the end of the season and some maintenance was needed. A couple of blocked drains, a broken bollard, a leaking window, a broken door lock. Importantly, once the problem was reported the services were provided quickly and efficiently.

The boats and the canal system where very nice, but the LeBoat support staff made the event outstanding. Check-in women at Port Cassafières were friendly, and appeared to speak 5-6 languages between them, making it easy for those of us with weak French. One of our boats was not ready to depart the first day, but the mechanics and support people kept us informed as they progressed, and kept working on our issue. On the journey we twice got stuck for junk caught in our prop. LeBoat people quickly sent someone to examine the situation, then quickly got a diver out to clear our prop and get us moving. We were impressed with their speed, friendliness, and professionalism. Turning in the boats was easy and smooth. We got good dining information and train information from the Castelnaudary support folks.
Very nice BIG boat. Great room for each of three couples and nice setup in the forward salon. Nice layout for watching the scenery from inside or atop the boat. The forward access steps were a great bonus. The boat handles very well when the systems are working well, and is a pleasure to spend time aboard. This is our second trip on the Vision boats and both times we had problems with the electrical system and the docking/bow thruster systems. Likely because they are handled roughly all season long and are a bit beat up by September.
