Reviews for the The Classic Midi Cruise
We were well looked after at the pick up and drop off. Only problem was the replacement bike wheel took a day and a half to arrive so no cycling possible during that period, very frustrating
Expensive with tall the add ons for bikes wifi and fuel. A good holiday nonetheless.

Service at both boatyards was very good.Staff very friendly and helpfulMy only criticism is the process for checking in which takes ages. So much of the processing should be pre-prepared and then only needs confirming and signing on checking in. This would speed it up a lot and avoid queues of customers waiting to get their boats. Very frustrating.
Excellent route on the canal. Would recommend to others to do this route, downstream and one-way - well worth it. Did it in early April where weather not that warm at times and leaves not yet on the trees. Best time to do it is early May.
Fantastic service. Great boat briefing and information. Loved the experience
The real France - the hidden gems
Very good company and well managed
Very good route only problem was limited moorings especially in the main centres. Most appeared to be taken up by larger boats
The booking was handled very good. The staff at Homps was very friendly. We booked in and was shown how to handle te boat. When we had trouble with a reverse gear cable they came 45minutes after we called and quickly fixed it. The staff at Cassafières was also friendly.
The route was lovely. The weather was excellent. The boat was more than we expected. I would advise people to first go upstream to Carcassonne for a night and then downstream to Cassafieres. The route is a bit too short for 7 nights. We enjoyed all of the little towns and we stopped at them all.
