Oneway: Hesse to Boofzheim, via Strasbourg
Allow 7 to 14 nights
Cheer and laugh as you rise 148 feet on the Arzviller boatlift on the way to cosmopolitan Strasbourg.
Reviews for the The Arzviller Experience
Both prior to and during the holiday, staff were very courteous, efficient and helpful.
Lovely trip - even though we ended up staying in Strasbourg rather than travelling on to Hesse, due to the lock being broken. Scenery lovely.

Dealt with all enquiries promptly and efficiently, friendly and helpful manner
Our boat leaned badly to the left. Mechanic said some lean. Everyone at Hesse nice and helpful. Boofzheim employees don't speak much English. I speak very little French.
Nice trip. Countess was tired and sad. Leaned to the left causing sleep problems. Most screens missing so mosquitos attacked!
Its our 3rd trip with leBoat. Very happy with booking experience. Cape Town office were very helpful with all queries
Lovely area and little towns, but some towns quite a walk so its good idea to have some sort of trolley bag for groceries. Perhaps offer that as a rental? We had not taken bikes, but they would have been a small help with groceries. Enjoyed the boat lift. Strasbourg is beautiful and worth having a whole day + there.
Very relaxing way to see the countryside. Going down in the Arzviller lift
Changing scenery from pine trees to flat land and plane trees lining the canal. Saverne was an attractive town. We didn't stop in Strasbourg as we were spending time there later
