Have you received a Refund Cruise Credit? Here are the steps to redeem your credit.

What is a Refund Credit?

A Refund Credit is when we turn the value of your holiday into a credit note, almost like a voucher, which can be used towards a future holiday.

When you will receive a Refund Credit?

You will be issued with a Refund Credit if your booking is directly affected by a Covid-19 reason identified within our Go Boating with Confidence Policy.

     

How to redeem your Refund Credit

You can now use your Refund Credit against any new boat hire booking, we also encourage you to rebook as soon as you can to avoid disappointment if our boats get booked up.

1. Find your dream holiday

Browse our range of destinations and boats until you find your next adventure.

2. Complete rebooking form

The best way to rebook is to complete our online rebooking form to let us know when and where you wish to travel. Credit cannot be used in online purchases.

3. Suggested options

We will check and get back to you with the availability of your requested cruise and we will explore other available options with you that most closely match your criteria and refund credit amount.

4. Book chosen holiday

We will use your refund credit to secure your booking, and you can make any additional payment if required.

5. Left over Refund Credit

If you still have credit after booking your holiday, why not put it towards another booking or optional extras? Credit will be held until the 31st October 2022.

6. Prepare for your departure

Sit back relax safe in the knowledge that you are covered by our Go Boating with Confidence policy. Then as your departure approaches ensure you are prepared and able to travel.

How else to use your Refund Credit

  • Book your next holiday - You have until the end of October 2022 to put your Refund Credit towards a trip.
  • Transfer or gift your Refund Credit - Don’t think you’ll use it yourself? Contact us and gift or transfer it to your friends or family.
  • If you have already booked - use your credit for optional pre-booked holiday extras such as Collision Damage Waiver (CDW), bike hire or extras bundles, or you may be able to upgrade your boat.

1. Valid on any Le Boat or Emerald Star booking made by the 31st October 2022, for trips departing before 31st October 2022.

2. Refund credits cannot be applied to online bookings. Please contact our sales team and quote your original booking reference number to use your refund credit. Any booking of a particular trip is subject to availability at the time of booking. 

3. Existing bookings cannot be cancelled and rebooked using refund. 

4. Valid on bookings made by the person named on the refund credit, or by friends or family as expressly authorised by the named person, with satisfactory evidence provided to us. 

5. The refund credit may be: a. redeemed against the cost of boat hire, as advertised, as well as one-way supplements and any optional pre-booked holiday extras such as Collision Damage Waiver (CDW), bike hire or extras bundles. It cannot be used against extras, fuel (engine hours) that are purchased and paid for locally at the base. b. used against multiple bookings. Outstanding credit will be held until the 31st October 2022. c. used as, or towards, your deposit amount. 

6. Except as stated above the refund credit cannot be used against any other purchasers or additions to your booking. 

7. If your new booking is more expensive than the refund credit you have received, you will need to pay the additional cost.

8. Standard Booking Terms and Conditions apply to all bookings made using the refund credit. 

9. Should you cancel your booking, cancellation charges will be as per the Booking Terms and Conditions and any refund up to the value of the refund credit amount used for that booking shall be issued in the form of a further refund credit. 

10. In the event of a refund credit issued by error, with an incorrect monetary value or other details incorrect, we reserve the right to void the refund credit and issue a new one and shall have no liability whatsoever in respect of the first refund credit and any decisions made by you in respect of the same. 

11. You must retain all previous booking documentation including but not limited to invoices, booking confirmations and proofs of payment. 

12. These refund credit terms shall be governed by the law and jurisdiction in the Booking Terms and Conditions which applied to the original booking, in respect of which this credit has been issued. 

13. We reserve all rights to amend these terms and conditions in accordance with any new legislation or changes made to relevant legislation or regulations.
