1. Win one (1) Le Boat boating holiday of up to seven (7) nights for up to four (4) people in Ireland including one pet supplement (excludes all other destinations).
2. The Prize may be taken on any budget or comfort boat in the Le Boat fleet sleeping up to four (4), subject to availability in the base and at the time of booking. Any amendments to boats; guests; duration or otherwise are for the winner’s sole cost and subject to availability and payment of all additional costs at the time of booking.
3. The Prize includes boat hire only.
4. The winner is solely responsible for all additional costs and expenses associated with the Prize not expressly stated herein as included. This includes, but is not limited to, travel to and from your departure base, collision damage waiver, engine hours, food, drink, spending money, waterside services such as moorings, pump out, optional holiday extras and any other costs. In addition collision damage waiver is mandatory and a pre-authorisation of a refundable security deposit is required at the base on arrival, in local currency.
5. Should you book a one-way cruise (if available) then you are liable for the applicable one-way supplement at the time of making your booking.
6. Any booking of the prize must be made at least 8 weeks before the intended departure date and taken before 31st October 2024 excluding 26th March – 5th April, 27th April – 21st May, 8th July – 31st Aug.
7. Once made, and without prejudice to the booking conditions, your booking may not be amended or altered in any way whatsoever once your booking is confirmed.
8. You will be responsible for ensuring that you and any person travelling with you are available to travel and hold valid passports, any necessary visas and travel documents for the holiday in question on the travel dates specified.
