Narbonne
Once the most important city of the Roman Gaulle, Narbonne hosts many vestiges of the past and keeps them like treasures. Come here and visit the basilica Saint-Paul, the wonderful cathedral Saint-Just-et-Saint-Pasteur, and many others. Downtown, the old winding streets are just charming.

Sallèles d'Aude
Surrounded by a verdant forest, Salleles d'Aude is a charming and welcoming town where you will have the occasion to cycle or walk along the numerous paths. Enjoy the green forested landscapes in a quiet atmosphere on the outskirts, or try a meal in one of the good restaurants downtown.
Ventenac
As you approach Ventenac, you will be struck by the site of the city's majestic Castle. Along the banks of the canal, you can taste wine, or even buy some. Ventenac is a picture-perfect canalside city to visit.

Le Somail
Le Somail is a beautiful hamlet where you'll appreciate the beautiful old houses covered in ivy. It's a wonderful place to relax and take it all in.
Paraza
Paraza is a wonderful and typical town with colourful houses along the bank. If you walk around the village, you will most likely encounter the old abandoned windmill of Cantaranne.
Roubia
Roubia is a charming little village with a beautiful parish church that is worth a visit. If you moor here, you might enjoy getting close to nature with a walk in the woods.

Homps
Homps is a verdant and often sunny town. Moor here and take a walk downtown to discover the flower-lined streets and the old romanesque chapel built in the 11th century.

Capestang
A lovely village full of resplentdant medieval architecture, built around the imposant 14th Century Collegiale Church and around the Castle, which was once the the second residence of the Archbishop of Narbonne.

Colombiers
In Colombiers, visit the Saint-Sylvestre church, which is full of history. At night, the rectory's gardens are lit up and are perfect for a charming walk.
Fonserannes
Built with all the genius of Pierre-Paul Riquet in the 17th century, Fonsérannes has the greatest staircase of locks on the Canal du Midi. Here you'll ascend or descend the canal by an amazing 25 metres.

Béziers
Béziers is an enchanting city, and the second most important on the Canal du Midi. Here, you will have the chance to discover the beautiful architecture, in particular the stunning Saint-Nazaire cathedral which is just splendid. Downtown, there are magical places to take a walk, like the Plateau des Poètes.

Agde
'The City of a Thousand Wonders', Agde is a very famous place in France, known for its sunshine and for its numerous activities and treasures to discover. Take time to discover this little paradise.

Port Cassafieres
Port-Cassafières is a pleasant and peaceful harbour to stop, complete with cycling paths. Its proximity to Spain gives it some interesting flourishes in cuisine, architecture and culture and as a result it is a truly cosmopolitan spot to explore.
