An incredible journey into the heart of rural Ireland and the inner sanctum of The Shed Distillery, the first distillery in the North-western province of Connacht in 101 years, and the home of Drumshanbo Gunpowder Irish Gin, Drumshanbo Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey and other remarkable brands from the Curious Mind of PJ Rigney.This fully immersive experience invites visitors to enter PJ’s secret tabernacle and embark on a Curious Journey of Discovery to the Far East and beyond to discover Gunpowder Tea and many another exotic botanical, which they will then get to experiment with in PJ’s Curious Laboratory.

The tour brings visitors on the very special journey behind the creation of Connacht’s first whiskey in 105 years, and on a trip into the epicentre of the distillery to witness the slow hand-distillation of premier ‘Grand Cru’ Irish Whiskey and Drumshanbo Gunpowder Irish Gin, surrounded by the authentic distillery aromas.
